Standard Camper
The Single Cab Tailgate Camper is the longest of our models. It suits Single Cab Landcruisers, and many other models of vehicles. It boasts a full queensize bed as well as a neat storage area at the head of the bed.
It has all the great features of the other models including the signature Standup storage area, roomy bedroom area plenty of well designed storage spaces and of course the excellent quality of all our Tailgate Camper series.

The Standard Camper includes the core Tailgate setup, with a lightweight aluminium canopy, assisted roof and tailgate, fully integrated tent, queen bed, slide-out kitchen, water tank, battery system, storage compartments, fridge slide or upright fridge fitting, and ongoing support.
What vehicles does the Standard Camper suit?
The Standard Camper is available for Dual Cab, Extra Cab / Space Cab and Single Cab / King Cab vehicles. The minimum tray lengths are 1800mm for Dual Cab, 2100mm for Extra Cab and 2260mm for Single Cab.
How heavy is the Standard Camper?
The Standard Camper dry weight is approximately 385kg for Dual Cab, 395kg for Extra Cab and 400kg for Single Cab. This does not include extra options or jacking legs.
Can I add optional extras to the Standard Camper?
Yes. The Standard Camper can be customised with optional extras such as fridge upgrades, a bed extension, personal fan, shower tent, awning options, diesel heater, storage pockets and other touring add-ons. Extra options will increase the camper’s total weight, so Tailgate Campers can provide an estimated weight once your options are selected.
